How Alliance Learning supports employers
Our employer promise, when you work with Alliance Learning, we will:
- Help identify the right apprenticeship programme for your business
- Support recruitment and candiadate selection where required
- Complete initial assessments and eligibility checks
- Provide a dedicated Work-Based Tutor, who will monitor progress and monitor regular communication
- Work with you to plan off-the-job training and workplace learning
- Review apprentice progress with you regularly
- Support preperation for End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Gather feedback to continually improve our service
Employer Responsibilities

- Allow apprentices time to complete their off-the-job training
- Support apprentices in delveoping hte knowledge, skills and behaviours required for their role
- Participate in regualr progress reviews

- Promote equality, diveristy, safeguarding and British Values within the workplace
- Encourage apprentices to consider future career progression opportunities
