Business Plan
We follow an annual business plan which sets out the company's strategies for the next 12 months. This is devised by the senior management team at Alliance Learning to ensure all aims and objectives are met.
Self-Assessment Report
We continuously review our own performance using our Self-Assessment Report. It is our aim to become an OFSTED Grade 1, ‘Outstanding’ provider, and our Self-Assessment process will help us to achieve this goal. We can identify areas where we need to improve to enhance the delivery to our learners and increase their chances of success. Continuous improvement is important to Alliance Learning and we utilise the Lean Six Sigma principles, with a particular focus on our customers, in order to improve and sustain our processes and performance.

This standard is the unique quality framework for organisations to assess and measure their information, advice and/or guidance services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals.
Valuing People Through Diversity and Inclusion Accreditation
Alliance Learning has become one of the first companies in the UK to complete the assessment for the new standard BS 76005 Code of Practice for Valuing People through Diversity and Inclusion.
ESFA Audit
Alliance Learning received a 0% error rate in a recent audit by the Education and Skills Funding Agency in May 2017. Another fantastic achievement for the team.
